On 14 September 2021, Joschka Knuth, member of the state parliament for Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, invited Claudia Valder to talk with her and Helmut Bauer (HWB Group) as well as Juliane Michel (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen) about SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein.
As part of the event “The Future of SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein”, they discussed SMEs as the backbone of the Schleswig-Holstein economy as well as the major challenges: Digitalisation, Climate Change, Company Succession and New Work.
Selected guests from business and politics took part in the plenary hall of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament. In particular, Claudia Valder was considered a rare pioneer in the start-up landscape, because she founded a chemical company as a woman and built it up independently. Today, she has been successfully managing her companies Systema Natura GmbH and the subsidiary Symaplant GmbH for almost 6 years.
